I can’t believe my sister and I hung out in Greenhills the whole day. It may not be that unusual if we actually stayed there the entire time but note that we went there separately in the morning (I had breakfast with my brother and she with her client), met up while they were doing a little shopping, went all the way home to Antipolo, and then went back to Greenhills again for dinner.
Initially my sister wanted to eat at Teriyaki Boy at the Promenade because she was craving for Kani Salad but since there was a long wait, we decided to just walk around and look for another Jap place. We saw Tokyo Tokyo after a bit of walking but they were just too fastfood-y for our taste. We kept walking and after a while we just felt too hungry to be picky. We saw Italianni’s (at the Carpark building) and headed towards that direction. Italianni’s was twenty steps away when she suddenly stops near the elevator and stares at a banner. There’s a promising Japanese restaurant at the 2nd floor. GREAT!

The staff opened the doors and we were led to custom-built Japanese style wooden booth. Hmmm. Very promising indeed.

Serendra is one of our (office-mates) fave lunch places. Good food, good place, available parking. It was the usual Friday lunch-out and this time we finally got to try Miss Desserts.
We’ve been craving for Miss Desserts for months but we never seem to catch it open. As with most of the places at Serendra, Miss Dessert opens after lunch. While we were contemplating on where to get dessert, I suggested that we try and pass by Miss Dessert and see if it’s open and luckily, it is! No Friday-the-thirteenth bad luck for me! Hehe.
Ever since I saw that a newspaper article talking about Miss Desserts proudly hung on the outside window, I knew I had to check them out. Situated right beside the famous Cupcakes by Sonja, Miss Desserts had serious competition. It wouldn’t be a surprise if most people that walk into Miss Desserts are people who wanted to get Sonja’s cupcakes but are turned off by the long line. Will they disappoint or will they give you that orgasmic sugar rush that will surely make you return for more?

After gym, my sister and I had to make a stop at Robinson’s Galleria for a few errands. We saw a Teriyaki Boy poster and immediately made a bee line for it… lunch at around 2:30PM.
